Sooma DUO device
Most people feel a mild tingling or warmth on the skin under the electrodes for the first few minutes. This usually fades as the session continues.
You are free to carry on with something else, like reading or watching TV. You stay fully alert throughout, and there is no recovery time afterward.
Place a fresh pair of Conductive Pads into the electrode cups.
Connect the cables to their matching colors from the outside.
Open the Sooma App and start your session. You may feel a brief tingling as it begins.
Read, watch something, or just relax. The device switches off on its own when done.
Take off the used pads and throw them away. Rinse the cap and electrodes in warm water and let them dry. Recharge the device if it needs it.
